Planning for Your Visit
Please bring your driver’s license and insurance information to your appointment. Let us know if your visit is related to a work or automobile accident. Plan on spending approximately 45 minutes with us for this visit.

Your First Appointment
When you schedule an appointment with us, the time has been reserved for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
During your first evaluation, you will consult with your doctor about your symptoms, undergo an orthopedic and neurological examination, and discuss treatment options. You will then learn techniques such as stretching and application of heat to do at home. At the end of your visit, you will schedule a follow-up appointment if necessary.
Insurance and Payment Information
We are listed with most insurance programs and networks, including WSIB, MVA, and third party insurances. If you are unsure how your insurance works, or if you have questions about your chiropractic coverage, give us a call.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. This includes co-payments and deductibles. For your convenience, we accept cash, Interac, Visa, and MasterCard.
